Q: How soon can you get the auction online?

A: Once your residence is set up, we can have the auction up and running one to two days after photography and descriptions are complete.

Q: I’m too overwhelmed and stressed to do the setup, how can I still have an auction?

A: We can have a team help prepare the site for an auction for an extra fee, charged on an hourly basis. Once set up, we can proceed with the auction.

Q: I don’t have a lot of time to get this done. I have to be out in ten days. Can it be completed by then?

A: If the site is set up and the team is available we can have it wrapped up in ten days. It’s what we call a Short Notice or Super Short Notice Auction.

Q: Do I have to pack anything for the buyers?

A: No. The buyers are expected to bring their own packing and help to lift their purchases.
