Clear-It-Out Auctions are WorkSafeBC insured. We have a combined experience of 15 years in the auction industry. Our auctions go online from 3 to 10 days, depending on your timeline. Buyers will pick up their items 3 days after the end of the auction!

Preparing for an Auction
For the most successful auction, we suggest that you “set up” before it begins. This simply means putting like with like:
Take items out of boxes (unless in original boxes)
Vases in one area
Glassware in another (example: can stay in the cupboard)
Picture frames together
Tools in one area, garden tools in another
Remove food and personal items not intended for sale
Throw nothing out! Too often people throw away or donate items that could have been sold.
Go Green
We strive to recycle and reuse instead of adding to our landfill. Before throwing anything out, consult with us first! Clear it out the environmentally responsible way!
